Great care is given to ensure the good health and disposition of each puppy raised at Triple J Kennels. You will receive your new puppy with a health record of its shots and de-wormings. You will need to complete the vaccinations and de-wormings with a veterinarian of your choice. You will need to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase for this guarantee to be fulfilled. This contract must be signed and returned to me (seller) within 14 days by certified mail or this contract will be null and void.
Seller will provide a one year guarantee on any genetic condition that is sufficiently serious in the written opinion of two qualified veterinarians (one of buyer’s choice and one of seller’s choice). Seller would then replace puppy with next available puppy of same quality. No cash refunds will be given. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian cost incurred by Buyer. In the event of death for an unknown reason, an autopsy will need to be performed and genetic disorder revealed in order to be considered for replacement.
This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undesended testicles, demodex mange, umbilical hernias or puppy acne. In Danes this does not cover growth related problems such as HOD, pano and OCD as to these are not genetic. This does not cover what in this breed is considered normal: cherry eye, haw eyes, entropion or torsion of a stomach.
Toy breeds that develop low blood sugar is not considered a genetic defect. When purchasing a tiny breed you need to know this could be a potential problem. Seller will not replace a puppy that has been neglected in any way by the buyer.
Buyer agrees not to expose puppy to any public places until puppy has had the full series of vaccinations required. Puppies that contract parvo or distemper after leaving here are not covered by this health guarantee.
Seller agrees that puppy may be returned for any reason if buyer can’t keep it. Buyer agrees never to place puppy in a Shelter. Their will be no refund if puppy is returned. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis resulting in a deposit kept by seller. A dog is a lifetime commitment which should have been made prior to purchasing it.
This puppy guarantee is for 12 months against fatal and life altering congenital desease. This includes severe hip dysplasia, heart, pancreas, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. If a puppy shows up with a defect, seller must be notified of the problem within two days of the licensed veterinarian's findings. Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian expences incurred.
This contract applies to original buyer only and is nontransfereable to a second party.Current food is a all natural puppy food, you should switch to your choice of food gradually. You will be provided with a small supply of current food upon purchase.
Buyer agrees to have puppy spayed or neutered by 9 months of age, after doing this the buyer must send the seller a copy of the receipt sighned by the vet.
